Lease lookup by customer

Lease lookup using customer information.

• Will not return any leases that are in a status that is not actionable (Declined, Funded, etc.).
• Returns leases for the customer ONLY if the approval is tied to the merchant.
• Can perform a lookup with either of the following request parameter combinations
1. Last 4 of SSN AND Lease ID
2. Last 4 of SSN AND Mobile Phone Number
3. Last 4 Name AND Birth Year AND Birth Month AND Last 4 of SSN
