Used to check the status of a verification SMS. Once an SMS verification link has been sent, Progressive recommends polling this endpoint every 5 seconds for up to 300 seconds.
If isDeviceVerified returns True, then the customer is safe to move forward with the application. If isDeviceVerfied is False after 300 seconds, the customer must call Progressive Leasing to continue.
