To begin an application, Progressive requires that the consumer verify their mobile carrier. This is done by sending an SMS message to the phoneNumber provided.
Request verification link that is to be sent to the customer once the phone number is provided. The customer must click on the link within the SMS and will be redirected to the destinationURL provided.
