Merchant Eventing

Merchant Eventing allows Progressive Leasing to send real-time customer and application updates directly to your CRM or internal systems. Using secure webhooks configured in ProgCentral, retailers can automatically receive events that help them engage customers faster, assist with checkout, and improve conversion.

What Merchant Eventing Does

Merchant Eventing sends event-based notifications when key actions occur in the Progressive Leasing flow.

With Merchant Eventing, retailers can:

1. Receive customer application data in real time
2. Proactively assist customers during checkout
3. Trigger CRM workflows and automations
4. Follow up on completed contracts without manual effort

All data is delivered securely to systems you control.

Available Events

Retailers can subscribe to the following events:

NewApplication
Triggered when a customer submits a Progressive Leasing application.

Common uses: - Immediate outreach or assisted checkout - Application follow-up - Abandoned application recovery

ContractsComplete
Triggered when a customer signs and completes their lease contract.

Common uses: - Sales confirmation - Order fulfillment - CRM lifecycle updates

Each event requires its own webhook subscription.
