Customer Lookup

The customer will need to enter their mobile number to start a lease application for a new or existing lease.

Device Verification

When a customer starts their application, they will receive a text, which includes a link to verify their device.

Customer Information

Progressive's application is broken into sections that make it easy for the customer to enter their information.

Review & Submit

Before the customer submits their information they have an opportunity to review the data for inaccuracies.

Decisioning

Progressive Leasing will return Approved, Denied, or Pending based on the customer's assessed risk level.

Contract Signing

To finalize a lease-to-own transaction, the customer must sign their 12-month lease-to-own agreement. The contract is loaded into an iFrame and uses Javascript Events to communicate with the merchant's systems.

Order Confirmation

After the contract has been signed and the order confirmed, the customer is redirected to an order confirmation page.
