Before You Begin
Store Settings
Working with your relationship manager and an implementation specialist, your store will be created in Progressive’s system with all required settings to follow Progressive Leasing’s standards and your business processes.
Define Business Processes
Business processes should be discussed in an early planning meeting with your implementation specialist. The discussion should cover your business policies around returns, cancellations, and any applicable order add-ons including warranties, service plans, installations, recycling fees, and white goods taxes. Retailers must review and agree to comply with Progressive’s Retailer Procedures, including which items may be leased.
Advertising Guide for Retailers
Progressive Leasing is committed to ethical and transparent interactions with both consumers and retail partners. Prior to beginning your eCommerce implementation, please review our Advertising Guide for Retailers to understand your role in implementing Progressive in a clear and compliant manner.
Implementation Effort & Timeline
The implementation timeline can be broken into four phases which may overlap: Prep work, Retailer design, Retailer development, and Certification review. A sample calendar is below to indicate phases that may overlap, and an ideal timeline to achieve launch within a 4-week window.

For retailers using IP blocking, please whitelist the following IPs prior to beginning integration work:
