Canceling Orders

There are two interfaces in Salesforce that allow merchant administrators to manipulate order transactions. Both interfaces are supported by Progressive Leasing.

To cancel an order from the Customer Service Interface:

  1. Merchant Tools > Customer Service Center > Find Order > Order > More
  2. Select Cancel in the dropdown
  3. Select Cancel Order in the pop-up

To cancel an order from the Order Interface:

  1. Navigate to Merchant Tools > Order
  2. Select the order to cancel
  3. Confirm the Order Status is New or Unpaid
  4. Click Order Status on the General Tab
  5. Select Cancelled
  6. Click on Apply
